Drive business growth by identifying and securing new high-end B2C residential interior design projects. Generate your own leads through your established network, referrals and proactive business development. Build client relationships by arranging meetings and site visits, understanding project requirements, and assessing budgets, scope and timelines. Convert opportunities into business by presenting proposals, managing follow-ups, negotiating commercial terms and closing contracts. Own your sales pipeline by tracking leads, quotations, conversion rates and follow-up activities while consistently working towards sales targets. Collaborate for successful delivery by ensuring a smooth handover of secured projects to the design and delivery teams. Build long-term partnerships that generate repeat business, referrals and sustainable growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-7 years of Business Development experience in Dubai, preferably within high-end residential interiors.
Strong background with a leading interior design or fit-out studio in Dubai.
Proven track record of personally generating leads, securing high-value projects, and achieving sales targets.
Established network within Dubai's luxury residential, HNWI, developer, consultant, and homeowner circles.
Experience managing the full sales cycle from initial lead generation and meetings through site visits, proposals, negotiations, and signed contracts.
Strong understanding of luxury interior design, fit-out services, project positioning, and client expectations.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Confident in handling senior decision-makers and high-profile clients independently.
Target-driven, proactive, well-presented, and commercially focused.
UAE driving licence is mandatory, with flexibility to attend client meetings and site visits across Dubai.
