Our mission is to transform learning one classroom at a time, giving every educator the tools to teach at their best. Today, Teachmint's app is available in more than 90 languages, powering educational infrastructure across 10-plus countries with offices in Bengaluru, Singapore, Dubai, and Manila.

As Teachmint continues to grow, we're grateful that our impact is felt not just in the classrooms we power, but also in the recognition we've earned along the way. We're the #1 Interactive Flat Panel brand in India by market share, as per DISCIEN's global market research report, and a Great Place to Work® Certified company — a reflection of the strong culture, trust, and collaboration that power our teams every day.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to manage business development, channel sales, and market expansion for our EdTech solutions and products across the assigned region.

The role will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets, developing and managing a strong network of EdTech resellers, dealers, distributors and channel partners, and proactively engaging with schools, universities, government institutions, enterprises and other end users.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B technology sales, EdTech, channel management and business development, with the ability to identify market opportunities, build relationships, conduct product demonstrations and POCs, and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic relationships with decision-makers across schools, universities, education groups and other institutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through demonstrations, POCs, negotiations, closure and account development.

2. Channel & Reseller Management

  • Identify, appoint, onboard and develop resellers, dealers, distributors and EdTech channel partners.
  • Establish strong relationships with channel partners and drive regular business engagement.
  • Develop partner-specific sales plans, targets and activity plans.
  • Enable partners through product training, sales presentations, demos and commercial support.
  • Track partner performance against agreed targets and take corrective action where required.
  • Build a proactive and scalable channel network across the region.
  • Identify opportunities for new channel partnerships and expand market coverage.

3. End-User Engagement, Demonstrations & POCs

  • Conduct professional product demonstrations, presentations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for schools, universities and other prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and position the company’s solutions to address their business and educational needs.
  • Work closely with technical/product teams to design appropriate POCs and solution proposals.
  • Follow up consistently after demonstrations and POCs to drive conversion.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including school owners, management, principals, IT heads, procurement teams and decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the company’s CRM system.
  • Ensure all leads, opportunities, activities, meetings, demos, POCs, proposals and follow-ups are recorded.
  • Develop and maintain a disciplined sales follow-up strategy for all active opportunities.
  • Track pipeline movement, conversion rates, ageing opportunities and sales forecasts.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and market updates to management.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities without unnecessary pipeline leakage.
  • Develop and execute a proactive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the company’s products and solutions.
  • Identify priority markets, customer segments, channel opportunities and high-potential accounts.
  • Develop territory-wise and product-wise sales plans.
