NOW HIRING MEP MANAGER UAE Position Title MEP Manager Location UAE Onsite Contract Type Full-Time Permanent Compensation Competitive Package
ROLE OVERVIEW
Our Client is a growing organisation in the UAE seeking an experienced MEP Manager with a strong hospitality hotel or facilities management background The successful candidate will oversee all mechanical electrical and plumbing operations and lead teams and contractors to deliver seamless facility performance
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all MEP Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing operations and maintenance activities across the facility
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage HVAC Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning electrical plumbing BMS Building Management Systems and CAFM Computer-Aided Facilities Management systems
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to maximise equipment reliability and uptime
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets contracts and vendor performance
- Ensure full compliance with UAE health safety and environmental regulations
- Prepare technical reports maintenance logs and performance updates for senior management
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and energy efficiency initiatives
Required Experience
Required Experience amp Skills 5 to 7 years of MEP management experience within hospitality hotels or facilities management in the UAE or GCC region mandatory Hands-on knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing BMS and CAFM systems Proven track record managing maintenance teams contractors and operational activities Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Electrical or a relevant Engineering discipline UAE or GCC hospitality or facilities management background is strongly preferred Must be currently based in the UAE with valid residency and legal right to work
Required Experience & Skills
Required Experience & Skills 5 to 7 years of MEP management experience within hospitality, hotels, or facilities management in the UAE or GCC region mandatory. Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, and CAFM systems. Proven track record managing maintenance teams, contractors, and operational activities. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant Engineering discipline. UAE or GCC hospitality or facilities management background is strongly preferred. Must be currently based in the UAE with valid residency and legal right to work.
