Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3–5 Years of UAE Experience Universal BIM is looking for a skilled and experienced Plumbing BIM Modeler to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong Revit MEP skills and practical experience in plumbing BIM modeling, MEP coordination, and construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 3D plumbing BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Model domestic water supply, drainage, sanitary, and stormwater systems.
- Prepare plumbing shop drawings, layouts, sections, riser diagrams, and installation details.
- Coordinate plumbing models with HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, architectural, and structural disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
- Update BIM models based on design changes, consultant comments, and site requirements.
- Generate coordinated construction drawings and documentation.
- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project BIM standards and specifications. Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience as a Plumbing BIM Modeler.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Good knowledge of plumbing, drainage, sanitary, and water supply systems.
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and BIM coordination.
- Ability to prepare accurate plumbing shop drawings and coordinated BIM models.
- Understanding of UAE construction practices and MEP coordination procedures.
- Experience working with consultants and MEP contractors is preferred.
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
