WE ARE HIRING – ELECTRICAL BIM MODELER Universal BIM is looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. Position: Electrical BIM Modeler

Location:
Dubai, UAE

Experience:
4–5 Years UAE Experience Availability: Immediate Joiners Only Employment Type: Full-Time Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Experience in developing detailed Electrical BIM models for building and MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, power, containment, cable trays, electrical equipment, and other electrical systems.
- Good understanding of electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, schematics, and equipment.
- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Experience coordinating electrical models with architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and other MEP disciplines.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, modeling practices, and LOD requirements.
- Proficiency in Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Model lighting, power, cable trays, containment, electrical equipment, and other electrical services.
- Develop models based on engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and other MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and BIM coordination using Navisworks and other coordination tools.
- Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues.
- Incorporate design changes, engineer comments, and project revisions into BIM models.
- Produce accurate plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules from BIM models.
- Maintain model accuracy, project standards, naming conventions, and LOD requirements.
- Assist BIM Coordinators and Electrical Engineers with modeling and coordination requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings according to project schedules.
