About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the exhibitions and events industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the UAE market, excellent client relationship skills, and a track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in exhibitions, events, exhibition stands, event branding, and signage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibition organizers, event agencies, exhibitors, corporate clients, and marketing teams.
- Generate leads through networking, client visits, industry events, and market research.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on sales activities and market opportunities. Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in sales within the exhibitions and events industry.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Established network of clients in the UAE exhibitions and events market is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop new accounts, and close business deals.
- Good understanding of exhibition stand construction, event production, branding, and signage solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
