About the Role
• Oversee daily hotel operations to maximize profitability, maintain operational efficiency, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance commercial performance, drive revenue, and attract international travellers.
• Foster a performance-driven culture that supports the business objectives of all key stakeholders, including guests, Heartists, owners, and Accor. SKILLS &
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel management or senior operational role, with strong knowledge of Rooms Division operations and hotel procedures.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to supervise a multi-skilled team, coordinate across departments, and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Strong passion for customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining high service standards. Why work for Accor?
