Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations, lead strategic planning, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role includes managing and mentoring teams, setting performance expectations, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. The Director will analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement policies and processes that support sustainable growth. The position also involves budget oversight, risk management, and maintaining clear communication with leadership and clients regarding project status, milestones, and outcomes. Qualifications
• Demonstrated leadership experience in directing teams, managing complex projects, and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in business operations, budgeting, and performance analysis to support data-informed decision-making.
• Experience working on-site in a collaborative environment, with a commitment to accountability and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a director-level or senior management role and familiarity with managing client-facing engagements.
• Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced setting.
