The studio collaborates with private clients, developers, and architects to create refined outdoor living spaces for villas in Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, and exclusive island communities. Each project emphasizes privacy, precision, and timeless design, integrating sculpted landscapes with architecturally aligned pools. plante.uae delivers turnkey solutions characterized by discretion, craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail, offering site professionals the opportunity to contribute to exceptional, design-led projects. Role Description The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing the execution of landscape, hardscape, and pool construction works in line with design specifications and project plans. Day-to-day tasks include supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring progress against schedules, and ensuring compliance with technical drawings, safety standards, and local regulations. The role involves conducting quality checks on materials and workmanship, resolving technical issues on site, and reporting regularly to project managers and designers on timelines, risks, and required adjustments. The Site Engineer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of finish and deliver projects that reflect plante.uae’s design vision and attention to detail. Qualifications
• Ability to work effectively in on-site environments, managing daily construction activities and site logistics.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal design teams.
• Proficiency in quality control practices, including inspection, documentation, and adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Solid foundation in structural engineering principles relevant to landscape, hardscape, and pool works.
• Background as a civil engineer or equivalent, with experience in site supervision and project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certifications in construction or project management are an advantage.
• Experience in high-end residential or luxury landscape projects in the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.
• Competence in reading and interpreting technical drawings, using basic construction software, and preparing clear site reports.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards, with strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
