To manage, supervise and coordinate site execution activities for high-rise residential tower projects, ensuring construction works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and project timelines. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in high-rise building construction, preferably gained while working with a main contractor, building contractor, construction company or real estate developer.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise daily site construction activities for high-rise residential and commercial tower projects.
• Manage and monitor civil, structural and architectural works in accordance with approved construction drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Supervise RCC structural works, including piling, foundations, raft foundations, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls and core walls.
• Oversee blockwork, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, tiling, painting, façade and other building finishing activities.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications and method statements to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and project management teams for smooth site operations.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and ensure timely completion of construction milestones.
• Manage and guide Site Engineers, Junior Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and other site resources to ensure efficient utilisation.
• Identify technical issues, resolve site execution challenges and coordinate with relevant departments for timely solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and provide updates to the Construction Manager / Project Manager. Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7–12 years of overall experience in building construction.
• Strong hands-on experience in high-rise residential or commercial tower construction.
• Must have worked with one or more of the following: Main Contractor, Construction Company, Real Estate Developer.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.
