• Adhere to Train and Develop colleague process standards in the planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of training and development activities.
• Manage the L&D Library/ Pdrive
• Support the Learning and Development Manager in ensuring that Madinat Jumeirah is meeting group & business unit training targets and objectives.
• Deliver Madinat Jumeirah Welcome Program
• Deliver bespoke training as required by the business
• Accountable for updating notice boards and plasma screens About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and

qualifications:
• College graduate preferably with Post Secondary Certificate
• Train the Trainer, or equivalent
• Competent and experienced in the delivery of front line level colleague courses (D & E Grade colleagues).
• Fluent in English – written and spoken
• Intermediate level
- Microsoft Office applications
• Written and spoken native language in country of operation, e.g. Arabic in UAE
• Previous use of learning management software systems. Add required Professional certifications
