Company Description: MOLLAK CAPITAL PROPERTIES, a professional real estate agency specializing in the sale and rental of properties across Abu Dhabi, UAE, and we are looking for experienced and results-driven Property Consultants to join our team. 📍

Location:
Abu Dhabi, UAE 💼 Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Role Description As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the property buying, selling, and leasing process while contributing to the company’s overall sales performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with clients
• Negotiate offers and support transactions through closing
• Prepare and coordinate required documentation
• Conduct market research and stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients
• Generate leads and actively contribute to sales targets Qualifications
• Previous real estate sales experience is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Customer-focused and professional approach
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with office software, CRM systems, and digital tools
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
• Previous real estate or sales experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
