Job description
We're looking for ambitious Real Estate Consultants to join our brokerage, specializing in off-plan and resale properties in Dubai.
The Role:
- Work with clients to understand their investment and lifestyle goals.
- Stay up to date on the latest developer launches, payment plans, and resale market prices and trends.
- Arrange property viewings, show apartment tours, and project presentations with developers.
- Negotiate terms and guide clients through booking forms, Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), and payment schedules.
- Handle resale transactions through to transfer, including Form F and developer NOCs.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and accuracy in all legal and financial documents.
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- UAE driving license (a plus).
- A confident, ambitious, target-driven personality.
- A strong interest in building a career in the Dubai real estate market.
