Gym Manager

Responsibilities Primary job responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

Hires fitness instructors, front desk staff, and other employees
Trains and manages all facility staff
Verifies compliance with all company policies and procedures
Handles employee disciplinary procedures
Conducts employee assessments regularly
Oversees payroll and employee scheduling
Implements programs to attract new members
Employs marketing strategies to increase gym membership
Handles any issues that arise, both for customers and employees
Promotes a positive customer experience
Inspects the facility and equipment regularly
Lady Gym Trainer - Philipino

Responsibilities Primary job responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service and helping to maintain a positive client experience.

• Working 1:1 and in small groups with clients to help them define and meet their fitness and health goals.

• Writing workout plans for clients to be executed both with and without your supervision.

• Providing fitness education and advice to our clients.

• Working with the personal training team to continue to expand the team's knowledge and ability to perform.

• Any and all administrative duties related to planning workouts, reporting hours and scheduling training sessions with clients.
