Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team including filing, data entry, scheduling meetings and creating presentations
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls and route messages to the appropriate personnel
• Handle incoming mail and shipments, sort out documents according to priority and ensure timely delivery of outgoing mail/packages
• Maintain databases and filing systems to ensure easy access to information
• Manage travel arrangements such as flights, hotel bookings and car rentals for staff membersQualifications:
• Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
• At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience in a professional setting preferred but not required
• Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
