Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all MEP activities across multiple large-scale construction projects.
Manage subcontractors, consultants, authorities, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
Ensure effective coordination between MEP, civil, architectural, and structural disciplines.
Review MEP designs, drawings, shop drawings, technical submissions, and material approvals.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work progress and adherence to project specifications.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during all project stages.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project management teams for approvals and execution.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and resource planning.
Support tendering, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives when required.
Lead project close-out activities, handover documentation, and final commissioning processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant discipline.
Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience in MEP management within contracting companies.
Proven experience handling mega building projects, including high-rise, commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations, codes, and standards.
Experience managing MEP subcontractors, procurement, testing & commissioning activities.
Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
