Tender Manager – Marine WorksLead the preparation coordination and submission of technical and commercial tenders Review tender documents drawings specifications BOQs and contract conditions Manage estimators planners engineers and proposal teams during bid preparation Develop bid strategies pricing and project execution methodologies Coordinate with suppliers subcontractors and JV partners to obtain competitive quotations Identify commercial contractual and technical risks and recommend mitigation measures Participate in tender clarifications negotiations and client presentations Maintain tender schedules and ensure timely submission of high-quality bidsQualificationsBachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Strong knowledge of marine construction methods and FIDIC contracts Proficient in cost estimation tendering and commercial management GCC UAE marine contracting experience preferredSkillsLeadership and team management Strong commercial and contractual acumen Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlinesExperienceExperience: Minimum 15 years in construction tendering, including at least 10 years in marine projects such as dredging, reclamation, breakwaters, ports, jetties, quay walls, and coastal protection works.
