Develop Anytime Capital's client base and market presence across the Middle East, anchored in Dubai.
Anytime Capital is a financial services company that brings together banking, payments and digital assets in a single, integrated relationship. We operate through online accounts and physical branches, connecting traditional finance with modern infrastructure, and we power thousands of transactions annually for consumers and businesses.
The Business Development Lead for Middle East is responsible for developing Anytime Capital's presence in the region: identifying opportunities, building relationships with prospective consumer and business clients, and establishing the partnerships that support long-term growth. This is a remote position based in the region.
As demand develops, we are open to establishing a physical presence in the Middle East, anchored in Dubai — including offices or walk-in branch locations — and this role is positioned to lead that expansion on the ground. Early priorities include validating demand, working with our compliance team to understand the local regulatory landscape, and building the client base that would anchor a physical you'll doDevelop and execute a business development plan for Middle EastIdentify and pursue prospective consumer and business clients in the regionBuild relationships with local partners that support long-term growthAssess market demand and advise on where and when a physical presence makes senseWork with our compliance team so market entry is evaluated with regulatory requirements understood from the startRepresent Anytime Capital with prospective clients and partners in the regionReport on pipeline, market findings and expansion recommendations to the foundersWhat we're looking for5+ years in business development, sales or partnerships, ideally in financial services, payments or fintechBased in the region, with an established professional network thereA track record of building a pipeline and closing business independentlyExcellent English communication skillsReliable overlap with US business hours for internal collaborationNice to haveExperience entering a new market for a financial services or technology companyFamiliarity with the regional regulatory environment for payments or digital assetsAdditional languages relevant to the regionWhat
