Lead and manage Food Safety & HSE compliance across all operational areas.
Conduct internal audits and ensure readiness for external audits (ISO, municipality, regulatory).
Maintain and update all food safety and HSE documentation, SOPs, and risk assessments.
Drive incident reporting, root-cause analysis, and corrective action closure.
Act as the internal trainer for food safety, hygiene, and HSE programs for staff across all shifts.
Ensure strict implementation of HACCP, ISO, PIC requirements, and UAE regulatory standards.
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and QA teams to maintain compliance across cold chain, handling, storage, waste management, transport, and facility hygiene.
Manage compliance for large teams (blue-collar workforce experience is essential).
Support customer audits, third-party inspections, and regulatory visits.
Desired Candidate ProfilePostgraduate degree in Food Science or related field – Trainer Certification – mandatoryISO Lead Auditor Certification – Certification – Food Safety Level IV – mandatoryHACCP Level V – required.
PIC Certification – required.
