Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems Support food safety inspections and hygiene audits Identify food safety hazards and assist in risk assessment Assist with monitoring CCP Critical Control Points Support preparation and maintenance of HACCP documentation Conduct food hygiene and safety awareness activities Assist in internal audits and compliance inspections Support corrective and preventive actions Maintain food safety records and reports Work with food production, kitchen, catering and quality teams
