Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Work closely with business teams in the corporate lending domain to understand processes like loan origination, credit approval, collateral management, and repayments.Collaborate with developers to design, implement, and optimize solutions.Review and provide feedback on Java and Oracle code, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.Develop functional documentation, including process flows, BRDs, and system specifications.Support testing activities, including UAT, functional, and regression testing.Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues in production.Liaise with cross-functional teams, including QA, Development, and Operations.Required Skills:Domain Expertise: Corporate Lending, Loan Management Systems, Risk and Credit Analysis.Technical Skills:Java (Core, J2EE, Microservices experience preferable)Oracle (PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher)ERP/Banking applications knowledgeAbility to review and understand Java code and Oracle procedures.Functional Skills: Requirement Analysis, Process Mapping, Documentation, User Story Creation.
