We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with 8-10 years of expertise in wealth management, digital assets, and cryptocurrency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital journeys, collaborate effectively with UX/UI teams, and be familiar with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital wealth and cryptocurrency solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. Lead the design and implementation of digital journeys with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless, user-centric experiences. Bridge business and technical teams by translating business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications. Provide expertise in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and wealth management platforms to support strategic decisions. Manage projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation to optimize operations and platform performance. Assist in system testing, integration, and validation to meet business objectives and user expectations. Qualifications and Experience 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on digital wealth, digital assets, and cryptocurrency. Proven experience working on digital journeys and collaborating with UX/UI teams. Deep knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
