The ideal candidate will handle travel bookings, sell and arrange customized travel packages to the world’s top destinations, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours. Sell and organize travel packages to popular international destinations (Europe, Asia, and beyond). Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget. Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination details. Manage changes, amendments, or cancellations in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners. Ensure an outstanding customer experience from inquiry to post-travel follow-up. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Agent or within the travel industry. Strong knowledge of travel booking systems such as Galileo (or similar GDS systems). Proven ability to sell and coordinate travel packages to multiple global destinations. Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and handle client inquiries promptly and professionally. Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written). Must be based in Dubai. Salary: AED3000.00 - AED4000.00 Plus commetion Education: Diploma or equivalent (required).
