Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Travel Agent, located in Dubai. The Corporate Travel Agent will assist clients with reservations, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage corporate travel needs. Responsibilities will include booking flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other logistical requirements while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands excellent organizational and communication skills to meet the travel requirements of corporate clients efficiently and professionally. Qualifications - Proficiency in managing Reservations and Travel Arrangements - Knowldege of GDS Systems - Strong Customer Service skills to offer exceptional client experiences - Knowledge of Sales techniques to provide tailored travel solutions - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus - Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, fast-paced environment - Proficiency with travel booking software and tools is advantageous
