About the Role You will operate directly with the technology that allows you to manage deals more efficiently, reduce manual workload, and deliver a superior, transparent customer experience: Seamless and structured communication Automated status updates Document tracking & validation Full visibility of every stage in the transaction Responsibilities End-to-End Transaction Coordination for property transfers with Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Developers, Banks, POA, and Trustee Offices. Prepare & review all required documents: Form F, SPA, MOU, POA, Title Deed, NOC, Liability Letter, Cheques, Service Charge calculations. Manage DLD Trustee appointments and Developer NOCs.
