About the Role: Jet Horizon Properties is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Listing Manager to oversee and grow our property listings in the secondary real estate market. You will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and maintaining top-quality property listings, ensuring accuracy across all platforms, and supporting the sales team in closing successful resale transactions. Key Responsibilities: • Source and manage property listings for the resale (secondary) market. • Verify property details, documents, and compliance before publishing. • Coordinate with property owners, agents, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality listings. • Monitor and update listings on portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle. • Support agents in negotiations and closing deals between buyers and sellers. • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to enhance listing performance.
