As a Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic alliances that drive revenue, brand visibility, and long-term collaboration.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, creative deal-making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new partnerships through proactive outreach — including inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, networking events, and client meetings.Research and evaluate potential partners, mapping key stakeholders and decision-makers to build a robust partnership pipeline.Develop customized proposals and commercial models to align mutual objectives and ensure win-win outcomes.Collaborate with senior leadership to align new partnerships with organizational goals and business strategy.Negotiate, structure, and finalize agreements in accordance with company policies and legal standards.Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships, ensuring high partner satisfaction and exploring opportunities for renewal and expansion.Work closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to design and execute co-branded campaigns, events, and joint go-to-market initiatives.Track and measure partnership performance, including lead generation, revenue contribution, and campaign effectiveness.Provide regular performance reports and insights to management on KPIs, ROI, and market trends.Stay ahead of industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and innovative collaboration models.
