Job description :

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to lead our online sales operations across UAE, with a primary focus on the Noon platform and Amazon and others. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of home appliances, a strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics, and a proven track record of team leadership and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, manage, and optimize all aspects of the company's presence on Noon UAE and Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure accurate and compelling product listings, maintaining brand guidelines and high-quality content (titles, descriptions, images, specs).
  • Analyze marketplace data (Noon and amazon Business Dashboard, reports, trends) and other e-commerce platforms to drive performance, improve visibility, and increase conversions.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, flash sales, deals, and exclusive launches in collaboration with Noon account managers.
  • Monitor and enhance customer ratings, reviews, and service quality KPIs.
  • Regularly report on KPIs such as sales performance, sell-through, returns, and ROI.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in Noon and Amazon and regional e-commerce.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of e-commerce experience 0r direct experience managing Noon accounts in UAE.
  • Prior experience in the home appliances sector is a must.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using Online Seller Tools, Excel, and reporting platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
