Overview: The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end

management of our online sales channels, primarily focusing on Noon and Amazon.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding

of e-commerce operations, market trends, and performance optimization. The ideal

candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a seller partner

account within the UAE.

Responsibilities:

* Platform Management: Manage and maintain product listings, including descriptions,

images, pricing, and inventory across Noon and Amazon platforms.

* Sales and Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve

product rankings, and enhance brand visibility.

* Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales

volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports to

management.

* Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage promotional campaigns and

advertising on both platforms.

* Logistics and Operations: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order

fulfillment and manage returns and customer service inquiries related to e-commerce

orders.

* Market Analysis: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and

platform updates to identify new opportunities.

* Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Noon and Amazon

seller support, resolving any operational issues or disputes.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an E-commerce Specialist or similar role within

the UAE.

* Proven, end-to-end knowledge of Noon and Amazon operations, including seller

central, fulfillment models (FBN, FBA), and advertising tools.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven

decisions.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
