  • Conduct thorough audits of van sales routes, ensuring accurate reconciliation of cash, inventory, and sales transactions to minimize discrepancies.
  • Verify the accuracy of product deliveries, ensuring the correct quantities and types of goods are delivered to each customer, preventing potential shortages or overages.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential areas of fraud or loss, providing actionable insights.
  • Inspect van sales vehicles for compliance with safety standards and company policies, guaranteeing the safety of the driver, the product, and the customer.
  • Review and validate sales documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and payment receipts, to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in van sales transactions, working with sales representatives and other stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management, highlighting areas of concern and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to van sales representatives on proper sales procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to van sales, including pricing, promotions, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, finance, and logistics, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of van sales operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • Has 2+ years of experience in auditing, preferably within the FMCG or distribution industry, showcasing relevant industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools, enabling efficient data manipulation and reporting.
  • Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing for effective identification and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and ethical conduct, ensuring trustworthiness in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Shows attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring meticulous review and verification of sales transactions and documentation.
  • Is fluent in English (both written and spoken), with proficiency in other relevant languages being an advantage.
  • Exhibits the ability to work independently and manage time effectively, ensuring timely completion of audits and reports.
