Noor Al Arab For Foodstuff Trading Co. LLC is a leading foodstuff trading company in the UAE, specializing in wholesale and retail distribution of rice, pulses, spices, oils, and other essentials. We are on a lookout for an experienced Van Salesman to join our growing team in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in van sales and a strong understanding of packaging, ensuring our products are safely transported and delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a company van to deliver products our foodstuff/Agro products to customers on a scheduled route.
- Make effective plans to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Sell products and promote new items to existing and potential customers.
- Handle packaging and ensure products are properly secured for transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, and other related documents.
- Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure van cleanliness and safe operation in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor stock availability in the van and restock them time to time.
- Report any customer feedback or potential issues to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Diploma degree is required.
- Minimum 2–7 years' UAE experience as a Van Salesman (FMCG/foodstuff) or in a similar role.
Requirements
- Valid UAE manual driving license (mandatory).
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of local routes and markets.
- Good communication in English; knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is a plus.
