Senior Manager – Corporates, Service Providers & Multinationals

Role Overview:

The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients, service providers, and multinational companies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet client needs while ensuring compliance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, service providers, and multinational entities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive client acquisition in line with strategic goals.
  • Provide customised financial solutions, including lending, trade finance, treasury, and cash management services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (credit, compliance, product teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor client portfolios to ensure risk is managed effectively and performance targets are met.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and strategic insight.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on client performance, pipeline, and revenue generation.
  • Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to team development.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in corporate banking or client relationship management
  • Proven track record in managing high-value corporate and multinational accounts
  • Strong understanding of financial products, credit analysis, and risk management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)
