IT Specialist, part time, for a real estate company

Your role supports daily tech operations. You keep systems stable. You fix issues fast. You improve productivity across the team.

Key responsibilities

* Manage laptops, desktops, WiFi, printers

* Set up user accounts and access controls

* Handle CRM support and updates

* Troubleshoot software and hardware issues

* Maintain data backups and basic security controls

* Support website updates and listing uploads

* Monitor system performance and resolve errors

* Coordinate with external vendors for technical needs

* Provide quick technical support to agents in the field

Requirements

* Two to three years IT support experience

* Experience with real estate CRMs

* Strong troubleshooting skills

* Strong knowledge of networks, cloud tools, and security basics

* Ability to give clear instructions to non technical staff

* Ability to work part time hours and provide on call support when needed

You help the team run smooth. You reduce downtime. You keep all tech tools ready for daily operations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED2, AED3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 – 8 per week
