About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee Fit-out interior works on site for an Interiors Fit-out company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship, smooth project execution, strict adherence to timelines, and full compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising experience in Fit-Out interior works
  • Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
  • Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
  • Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol
  • Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
  • Handling site accidents by established accident protocol
  • Maintaining an accurate record of employee attendance
  • Evaluating the performance of employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
  • Analysing blueprints to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
  • Ensure the timely availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
  • Manage material deliveries, stock, and proper handling on-site
  • Must have a working knowledge of MEP, Civil, Architectural and Interior.
  • Recommending changes to operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
  • Report project progress, challenges, and technical issues to project management team and other relevant parties.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE Fitout regulation
  • Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
