With continuous expansion across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, we are looking for an expert recruiter who can fuel our growth with the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all restaurant positions (FOH & BOH).
  • Source, screen and hire top talent for roles such as Waiters, Captains, Cashiers, Baristas, CDPs, DCDPs, Commis, Utilities and more.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across all Eatopia brands and outlets.
  • Manage job postings, candidate databases, interview scheduling and selection processes.
  • Coordinate trials, assessments and final approvals with Outlet Managers and HODs.
  • Drive bulk and urgent hiring for new restaurant openings.
  • Maintain recruitment KPIs, trackers and weekly hiring dashboards.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 3–5+ years of hard-core recruitment experience within the F&B / Restaurant / Hospitality sector.
  • Strong network of restaurant talent within the UAE labour market.
  • Proven experience in high-volume hiring for multiple outlets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation and assessment skills.
