Key Responsibilities

Global Visa Assistance:

  • Provide expert advice on visa applications for destinations like the USA, Canada, Schengen countries, and others.
  • Review and assist with visa document submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Marketing Support:

  • Participate in video shoots for marketing purposes to promote company services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective representation of services.

Customer Support:

  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the visa application process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for clients.

Market Insights:

  • Stay updated on visa regulations, travel trends, and competitor offerings to provide the best options to clients.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to their visa application process.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in global visa consultancy.
  • Proven expertise in handling visa applications, including Schengen, USA, and Canada.
  • Willingness to participate in marketing video shoots.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Passion for travel and enthusiasm for helping clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (preferred).
