Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming ideas into functional and visually appealing spaces. This role requires hands-on experience in concept design, technical drawings, site coordination, material selection, and vendor management. The Interior Designer will work closely with clients, project teams, and suppliers to ensure successful execution of each project within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, space plans, and layouts in line with project requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, joinery details, and working drawings.
• Create mood boards, material boards, and 3D visualizations to present design ideas to clients.
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and décor aligned with design intent and budget.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure accurate execution of approved designs.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and documentation required throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local authority guidelines, building standards, and safety regulations.
• Work closely with procurement, engineering, and execution teams for seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior design

• Proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max / Lumion (any combination acceptable)
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
• Strong understanding of materials, furniture specifications, lighting layouts, and FF&E documentation
• UAE experience and knowledge of authority approvals (preferred but not mandatory)
