Interior Designer- Female

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in developing interior concepts, creating layouts, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and project teams. She will be responsible for designing aesthetically pleasing, functional, and efficient interior spaces according to client requirements and project standards.

Key Responsibilities : Design & Planning

• Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards, 3D visuals, and layout plans.
• Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
• Select materials, finishes, color palettes, lighting, furniture, and interior accessories.
• Ensure all designs meet functional, safety, and aesthetic standards.

Client Interaction

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, budget, and preferences.
• Present design proposals and revisions professionally.
• Provide expert guidance on design solutions and space utilization.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and follow-up to ensure design implementation.
• Prepare BOQs, material schedules, and procurement lists.
• Work with lighting, electrical, and mechanical teams for integrated design.

Documentation & Administration

• Prepare technical drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and finishing schedules.
• Maintain project documents and design archives.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (adjust as needed).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and design trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time-management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
