Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop store/parts room.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using a manual system or inventory management software.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts (cycle counts) and full stock-takes, reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions for spare parts, tools, and consumables to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages (stock-outs).
  • Apply inventory control methods such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to manage stock rotation and minimize obsolescence/wastage.
  • Receive, unload, and inspect all incoming deliveries of parts, materials, and equipment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1, AED2,300.00 per month
