Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations including reception, guest services, and lobby flow
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Monitor staff performance and allocate tasks effectively
- Support guest engagement and ensure high satisfaction scores
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and concierge teams
- Maintain adherence to hotel service standards and operational guidelines
- Prepare daily reports and support financial and occupancy targets
- Lead shift operations and supervise the front desk team
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance feedback sessions
- Support implementation of guest service programs and standard operating procedures
- Assist in managing room inventory, walk-in guests, and revenue opportunities
Skills Set
- Front office system knowledge (PMS, Opera, or similar)
- Guest handling and service recovery
- Team leadership and staff coordination
- Reporting and administrative skills
- Conflict resolution and service etiquette
- Time management and organizational skills

Experience in front office or guest services within a luxury hotel
Strong leadership and communication skills
Background in hospitality management preferred
Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable supervising teams and leading by example
