Junior Marketing Executive – Ship Repair Industry

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 8,000/month

UAE Driving License: Mandatory

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Junior Marketing Executive to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in the ship repair and marine engineering sector, who can help strengthen our presence in the UAE and GCC markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across the maritime and ship repair industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE and GCC region.
  • Support the commercial team in developing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Conduct regular client visits, follow up on leads, and ensure top-level customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with internal teams (technical, operations, accounts) to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to provide valuable insights.
  • Actively contribute to marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or business development in the ship repair or marine services industry.
  • Strong professional network and market knowledge within the UAE and GCC maritime sector.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of working independently.
