About Us:

Balloon Nursery is a reputable and growing nursery in Sharjah, committed to providing a safe, engaging, and creative learning environment for young children. As part of our expansion, we are hiring a motivated Marketing Executive to drive admissions and strengthen our community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase admissions and brand visibility.
  • Build partnerships with schools, community centers, corporates, and local organizations.
  • Coordinate and participate in events, school fairs, mall activations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including social media content, sponsored ads, and online lead generation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents, partners, and external vendors.
  • Track leads, conversions, and prepare monthly marketing & sales reports.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in education/nursery sector is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • UAE Driving License (preferred).
  • Creative, organized, and proactive personality.
  • Willing to travel within Sharjah up to 25%.
