We are looking for a Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge and a passion for driving business growth in the cleanroom and controlled environment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to project closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product and service capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with design, estimation, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to guide sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • 3–4 years of proven industrial sales experience, preferably in cleanroom, HVAC, or construction-related sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex solutions clearly.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
