We are hiring for one of our clients, a leading name in luxury building materials, renowned for bringing innovative designs and refined craftsmanship to high-end interior and architectural spaces. The company offers premium products for bathrooms, kitchens, and interiors through collaborations with top international brands.

Role Overview:

The Project Sales Specialist (Outdoor) will play a key role in driving business growth by developing relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers, ensuring the company's products are specified in luxury projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the design and construction industry.
  • Present tailored product solutions that align with project requirements and design aesthetics.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to achieve sales targets and enhance project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming design innovations to support strategic decisions.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in project sales within luxury building materials such as sanitaryware, tiles, kitchens, furniture, wardrobes, or lighting.
  • Strong understanding of project specification processes and the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Passion for design, aesthetics, and premium lifestyle products.
