The Senior Site Architect will be a key member of the Buildings Supervision team, responsible for overseeing architectural works on-site and ensuring all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and K&A's procedures. The role involves acting as a technical advisor to contractors, subcontractors, and site teams while ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule and within quality expectations.

Note : Site based role 6 Days & 48 Hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor architectural construction works to ensure compliance with approved design, K&A specifications, and project quality control procedures.
  • Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs, ensuring alignment with Site intent and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (Structural, MEP, and Landscape) to resolve design and construction issues on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to project standards.
  • Identify and report any non-conformances or deviations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports, inspection records, and correspondence.
  • Support the Project Manager and Resident Engineer in reviewing progress reports and ensuring timely completion of works.
  • Ensure that safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained across all architectural works.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects and inspectors on-site.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth coordination and timely resolution of technical queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in construction supervision or architectural site management for large-scale Building, Villas, and High-Rise Tower projects.
  • Proven experience working on complex building projects within the Middle East, ideally in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of international building codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management abilities.
