Location: Burjuman, Dubai

Job Type: Part-time/Freelance

We are urgently looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Quantity Surveyor Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training sessions. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Quantity Surveying, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and hands-on proficiency in CostX software, with the ability to teach students of various levels.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training on Quantity Surveying concepts, cost estimation techniques, and BOQ preparation.
  • Provide hands-on sessions on CostX, including digital takeoff, measurement, and estimate preparation.
  • Develop effective training materials, sample projects, and real-world case studies.
  • Guide students on QS methodologies used in the UAE construction industry.
  • Assess learners' progress and provide additional support where required.
  • Stay updated with the latest QS practices, software updates, and industry standards.
  • Assist in enhancing internal training content and course outlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong practical experience in Quantity Surveying, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation.
  • Mandatory expertise in CostX software for measurement and estimation.
  • Prior teaching, training, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields is an added advantage.
