Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) Trainer to join our institute on a freelance/part-time basis. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality CHFM training and preparing students for the Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification with practical, real-world healthcare facilities management knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct CHFM training sessions online or on-site.
  • Deliver the complete CHFM curriculum covering:
  • Healthcare facilities operations
  • Maintenance & utilities management
  • Safety, security & emergency preparedness
  • Healthcare regulations & compliance
  • Energy, environmental & sustainability management
  • Financial, contract & vendor management
  • Prepare students for CHFM certification exams with:
  • Study materials
  • Practice questions
  • Exam strategies and guidance
  • Provide doubt-clearing sessions, continuous learner support, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure training sessions are interactive, industry-updated, and aligned with CHFM standards.
  • Maintain professional communication and high training quality.

Requirements

  • Valid CHFM Certification (Mandatory)
  • Previous experience teaching or training CHFM candidates preferred
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Healthcare facility management
  • Hospital operations & compliance
  • Maintenance, safety, and quality standards
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills
  • Ability to manage flexible schedules (weekends/evenings)
  • UAE-based candidates Only
