Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Real Estate Broker specializing in Off‑Plan Sales. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of new developments, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to guide clients through the full investment cycle. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, client management, and closing high‑value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off‑plan projects from leading UAE developers
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property consultations
  • Provide expert guidance on payment plans, project timelines, and investment returns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Stay updated on new launches, market trends, and competitive offerings
  • Prepare and present professional proposals, investment analyses, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely transactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in off‑plan real estate sales within the UAE
  • Strong understanding of developer offerings, payment structures, and investment strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Professional appearance and confident client‑facing presence
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai off‑plan markets is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • RERA certification is a plus
