We are seeking an experienced and motivated Off‑Plan Residential Sales Agent to join our expanding team.

Role Overview

The Off‑Plan Residential Sales Agent will focus on promoting and selling new development projects directly from top Abu Dhabi developers. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through the full off‑plan sales cycle—from initial inquiry to handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off‑plan residential projects from leading Abu Dhabi developers
  • Conduct presentations, site tours, and client consultations
  • Provide clients with detailed information on payment plans, project timelines, and investment potential
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and targeted market activities
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of developer launches, pricing, and market trends
  • Build and manage a strong client portfolio focused on off‑plan investments
  • Prepare and manage high‑quality property listings on major real estate portals
  • Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Experience in off‑plan real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market preferred)
  • Strong understanding of local developers, communities, and project launches
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Real estate certification is a plus
