HR Administrator

is a multidisciplinary premium clinic opened in November 2023 in Dubai, Jumeirah. The clinic is equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment technologies and brings together a team of experienced doctors across dentistry and general medicine. We provide high-quality, patient-focused medical care to families in multiple languages, following both Russian and international medical protocols.

To support our growing team, we are looking for a
detail-oriented and reliable HR Administrator
to assist the HR Manager with daily HR operations and administration.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and update employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR systems

· Support recruitment processes for medical and non-medical staff (CV screening, interview scheduling)

· Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees

· Coordinate visas, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and licensing processes in cooperation with PRO and HR Manager

· Track attendance, leaves, shifts, and timesheets

· Assist with payroll data preparation and HR reporting

· Respond to employee HR-related inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality

· Support performance reviews, trainings, and certification tracking

· Provide general administrative support in the HR department

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· –3 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role (healthcare experience is an advantage)

· Basic knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures

· Strong organizational and documentation skills

· High level of confidentiality and attention to detail

·
Fluent in English
